It might seem a little premature to be writing about this but I completed writing Book 3 in the Colours series this week. Premature? At the time of writing this I haven’t actually got my first book Seeing Colours published yet but that’s coming soon .

The title of book 3 is Playing Nice but this is just a working title. It took me months to settle on a title for Seeing Colours and I’m still not completely happy with it but it’s the only one that stuck for more than a few weeks.

Completing my third book seems a little surreal, especially as I don’t yet have the first in the series published but I really like this most recent book and I think it’s the best thing I’ve written so far. It was fun to write, it’s the endless revisions and rewrites that are the real work.

At this stage I’m hoping to publish Seeing Colours in January 2026 with the second book coming out within 12 months. I won’t do any teasers or reveals at this stage, that’s all coming down the track.
